ahem,

Okay so rollin.

Edit: so 8+4+the +1 bonus means I have 13 point to spend.

The nightbringer reverts some of the change done to his mountains, raising the black mountain and 2 adjacent peaks up from the earth. He makes the sky eternally dark, never rising nor setting upon his lands. black lighting, near invisible across the black sky, strikes the tallest of mountain tops.

The nightbringer sends forth his avatar into the world. The mighty krakanrok, first of the dragon ogres, Lives in the mountains of night. He rests upon the tallest of mountain ranges, often mistaken as being part of the huge peaks. There he basks in the black lightings strikes and waits for the call of his god.
you used 7 points to revert the sink holes to mountains and add eternal darkness and lightning and such. an avatar costs 10... how does one afford this?

He reverted only three mountains.

I'm not saying he can't do what he did, just saying its just what he did was pretty different from what Ive seen other people do. It's just one of those wtf moments.
Deathmarine, I think you're short 2 points because you miscalculated the cost on your first turn (you only changed 7 hexes; you don't pay to change the color and then pay again to make a mountain, you just pay 1 point to do whatever you want to one hex), and also you forgot your +1 bonus for turn 2 (so I think you have a +2 bonus for turn three).

Ah I see. I didn't know that you just pay 1 point to do whatever to 1 hex. If I had known that I would have just made the mountains and the ground black at the same time. Well I just cheated myself out of 6 points.

i charged myself 1 to turn color, 1 to turn your mountain into a sink hole

1 per action is how i played it... i had 12, got bored

You did those to different hexes, though, didn't you?

The one point-per-hex thing just means modifications to the same hex.

Okay so I don't have to use any points to modify a hex I already altered?

You do, but when you spend that point you can make as many modifications to that hex as you like.

FOR EXAMPLE,
let's say I want to create a mountain with grassy plains below it, but it only takes up 1 hex.
I would spend 1 point.

Get it?

Yeah I get it now.

Does anyone realize that in cs paint you can't just fill a hex with a given color. Like I tried to fill the hexs around my mountain with grey but when I tried to it only made a tiny dot.

Short, scaly, and aggressive, the goblins live to fight, with each other or with other species.

Making a new race in this age is 22, not 12. 12 is for subspecies, like black goblins or something to that regard.

I used Command Avatar to make the race.

According to the first post I can roll for missed turns. Thus, the extra two.

Start voting on whether we stay in the First Age or move on to the Second Age.

HMTK, you know there are no humans, right? Not yet, anyway...

Also, try making another post; I tried to edit yours and it didn't work. Asked a friend and he has no idea either, it seems your post is just broken.

Also, don't post map thumbnails.

I'm fine with staying in the first age.

Edit: Remember kids, always preview messages with BB code in it if you're not familiar with it, to make sure that your post works and doesn't turn into a clusterfuck.

Would it be acceptable if I just joined to change land and stayed in phase one, because I'm finding myself looking here on the site when just popping by and it would be nice to have something to do to pass the time.

Aslong as you don't fuck wit my mountains, I don't care. As long as no one else objects I'm sure you could do that. Also I do the same shit as you to, I leave the nation game webpage up and refresh every 30 minutes or so unless i'm playing a game or some shit. Thats why it says i'm always online but most of the time i'm not even paying attention to this. Really though 8 hour turns don't really leave you with a whole lot to do anyways.

Eh, the BB code on this forum isn't exactly a shining example. A great deal of it is pretty shitty, to be honest.

Really, this entire forum is pretty shitty (except for the content and community, obviously).
