A party of French diplomats arrive in a Fenian port, bringing fine wine and expressing the Republic's renewed interest in an alliance. Those politicians in the Directory who spoke against an alliance with the Irish have since been convinced otherwise, and now the Republic government has resolved that an alliance would be advantageous.

New Nation: The Free Gaucho Homeland
Capital : 297

The Gauchos are men of iron and war.For centuries living in the grasslands of the South, they were bandits and soldiers who fought for Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.Unfortunately, there was no more space for outlaws and warriors in the new South America. There was no more space for the cows neither.European immigrants and their farms slowly took all the land of the Criollos, and soon they were forced by hunger and disease to seek a new home in the Red Planet.
The Free Gaucho Homeland is a country ruled by five Caudillos, each one representing one of the "Five Tribes"- that is, the five original spaceships filled with immigrants who came from Earth. These five Caudillos are powerful warlords who command the nation from its capital, Nuevo Sacramento (New Sacramento).

we shall, tho we disdain all use of force of arms, we will help economically with any endeavors to spread communism to the poor, miss-used...the common man.. with communism we are all even in this world... and that is all the common man could ever ask for.

Comrade Daisuke signs the papers finalizing the J.C.U. into this new commentern

So is this a threat to all other non-communist nations?

But of course. They'll put a friendly spin on it, but that's the true nature of Marxism.

it is not, we seek peace in these times of war and apocalyptic scenes of destruction on earth... we wish for Mars to be a new Utopia in the galaxy... a planet of peace

You are all incorrect, it is in National Socialism that will unite this world into a utopia.... This is not a threat but an opinion, do with it as you please...

Maximillien Robespierre deviated from our original dream, as did your Stalin with yours. The difference is that even when interpreted correctly, Marxism seeks to spread across the world, and preferably by violent revolution.

Violence is only necessary when diplomacy fails.
Who let you into our private negotiation room, anyway?

I was merely criticizing the creation of your comintern.

If I'm intruding, I was let in by the same fellow who let the Irishman in.

yes Stalin defiled the original thought of Communism, but that does not mean that we follow him... do not group all Communists into the Stalinist camp... we have voiced our concerns against any form of armed fight, we wish never to raise our hands in war... we wish for peace... so do not throw us in the camp that wishes to subjugate the world under an iron fist.

We wish to spread Communism through our example of a beacon of light in the storm of mans in-humanity to man. we wish to spread the word of communism through peaceful actions.

(it did, after napoleon took on the entirety of europe and almost won. let's be honest, when people make fun of france they're almost always referring to the fall of France in 1940.)
